Same Day – No Show

100% of total package cost

NOTE: Cancellation charges may be differed for some special tour packages. which will be informed before the booking confirmation.

Other travel arrangements

Air Ticket, Rail Ticket and Bus ticket cancellation charges will be as per actual. As per Vendor Policy.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Processing Time:
    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame. The exact processing time may vary based on the payment method and financial institution.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered. This can occur if there are cancellation fees or if only a portion of the services booked is eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds to Original Payment Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  4. No-Shows:
    • If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Force Majeure:

UttarakhandTourism.net is not liable for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist you with alternative arrangements.

Modification or Cancellation by UttarakhandTourism.net:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings, changes in local conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
